怒之忍者是一个四人玩家版的横版过关类街机游戏，其中邪恶的“骷髅”组织已经接管了世界，并驱使其恐惧的平民隐藏。五个忍者战士们着手摧毁骷髅，把世界从它的控制中解放出来。
